My fieldwork-driven research focusses on fossils from the Neogene High Arctic, including the ancient bear, Protarctos, the Miocene proto-seal, Puijila, and the Pliocene High Arctic camel.  Some of my research investigates functional morphology in fossil vertebrates including specializations associated with swimming and feeding systems.
